Jason R. Belcher, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Belcher has served as an officer of First Community Bank since March 2, 2015, having previously served as Chief Risk Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. Mr. Belcher assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Corporation on January 1, 2020, pursuant to the retirement of E. Stephen Lilly. He has been employed by the Corporation's banking subsidiary since 2005 in various roles, including Finance and Tax Director, Treasurer, and Market President. Mr. Belcher, a Certified Public Accountant, earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University in 1999 and a Master of Accounting and Information Systems from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2006. In his community, Mr. Belcher serves in various roles for his church, including as a former Deacon and as a member of the Church Officers Committee. Mr. Belcher coaches middle school football, soccer, and basketball teams and serves on the Board of Directors of the Tiger Athletic Foundation in Princeton, West Virginia.
